In Marseillan, on the shores of the Thau lagoon, Le Belem is first and foremost a seafood restaurant: shellfish, Thau oysters and the catch of the day. The kitchen brings together traditional dishes from the Aveyron and the Mediterranean, with Spanish, Portuguese, Greek and above all French influences.
