Data we collect
When you book: name, phone, e-mail, number of guests, date and time, and, if provided, postcode and message.
Why
- To manage your booking and send its confirmation by e-mail (and possibly SMS) – legal basis: performing your request.
- To recognise you on future visits (booking and spending history) – only if you ticked the box (consent).
- To send you our offers and events by e-mail – only if you ticked the box (consent). Every e-mail has an unsubscribe link.
Retention
Without consent, your details are erased 12 months after the booking date. With consent, they are kept for 3 years after your last visit.
Recipients
Only the Le Belem team and our technical providers: Google Firebase (hosting, EU) and Brevo (e-mail and SMS sending, France). Your data is never sold.
Your rights
You can access, correct or erase your data, withdraw consent or object to its use by writing to phil@lebelem-marseillan.fr. You may also contact the French data authority CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Cookies
Only with your consent: Google Analytics (audience measurement), Google Ads (measuring our ads' performance) and Google Maps (map display). Fonts are hosted on our own site: no data is sent to Google Fonts. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookies" link at the bottom of the page.
